I would like to post burial information and other information, but make this information available to ALL that views the profile.

This may include a link to Find A Grave.

All of this information can go in the Biography section. The Biography section can be seen by everyone as long as you don't have the privacy level set to Private or Unlisted. Since you're talking about people who are no longer living, that shouldn't be a problem. If they still have living family members, so you don't want the profile to be Public, you can choose Private with Public Biography or Private with Public Biography and Family Tree.

Thank you for the information
You can also place references in the Biography section that provide a URL (link) to the burial site. < http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Pople-20 > has an example of links to both "Findagrave" and a French War Cemetery.
Another option depending on the type of burial information you have is to create a free space page for the cemetery. These could then be left totally open where people can add any burials they have for individuals. For example: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:East_Troy_Cemetery.
