I wanted to share these valuable tips with all of the wonderful people I've met recently who are new to WikiTree....
Post your questions on this G2G forum to allow them to be viewed by the larger WikiTree community. It is always ok to ask questions, and there are always people here to help with your issue be it technical, procedural, or genealogical. The more information you are able to include in your questions the better. Add appropriate tags and connect any relevant profiles using the option provided in the easy to use question-form.
Use the search feature on G2G located at the top-left of the G2G screen where it says "Search G2G". You can type names, towns, or whatever else you wish in the box then click to search. Despite the myth, it searches more than just tags. It can be very helpful in finding out what previous answers and discussions followed questions like yours in the past. There is no limit to the number of searches you can do so you can try many options and variations of your searches without issue.
The G2G is a very useful tool... if used. Make sure that you use it to get the most out of WikiTree.
I hope this helps!
