Lost access to old email, so can't login as flowers-1488

Question

I have been gone from WT for a long time, both from real life, and because I no longer have access to my old email, or even know which of a number of possibilities it was. Now I can't even see my daughter's profile, Flowers-1544, Casey Beatrice Josephine Clementa Flowers, which I created, or others of those still living which I enterred to WT.

I just today, in desperation, created Flowers-3636, but I want to get  back to Flowers-1488.

Can someone help me ?

Hi R D. The only solution to this is to send an email to info at wiki tree dot com (converted to a regular email address) explaining the situation, and asking them to merge your old and new profiles, as well as setting up your new email address.

I did what Jim Richardson suggested, but haven't heard back yet. I even tried to initiate a merge myself, but they're both active, so I couldn't.

It may take a while to get a response: there's always a lot for them to do. Another thing that might help to attract attention would be to edit your question and add the tag "sysops".
