Who are the the parents of Andrew "Andy" Walker (Walker-38362) ca. 1818-1890 in Monroe County, (West) Virginia?

I have hit a wall about two years ago with my GG Grandfather, Andrew Walker (ca. 1818-1890) in Monroe County, (West) Virginia.  To confuse matters more there was another Andrew (or two), in Monroe County nearly the same time; Andrew Woods Walker and his son Andrew Jackson Walker.  I have looked everywhere I can think of on-line to solve this mystery.  I have made a y-DNA match/connection to another Walker that is a descendent of Oliver Walker (Walker-31402) but I cannot find any linkage to Oliver.  I appreciate any help that will get me through this wall.
