I have been helping a friend who can no longer manage her profiles and wants to responsibly hand them down to other interested managers. I have added new manager(s) to large subsets (hundreds) of profiles she manages (thousands) using the bulk manager change tool. It works well but one thing that makes it harder to accomplish is that it list all profiles that she is on the trusted list for, not just those she manages. Since you cannot add a manager to profiles you don't manage, there is no point in them being on the list and it makes a very long list even longer, creating more work. It would be nice to have it only list profiles managed. A second, minor, improvement would be to add to the "include all ancestors" and "descendants" field to include spouse.
Abandoned and orphaned profiles are a problem for us and anything that might make it easier to pass on profiles to interested parties would possibly help.
