Is there a project that covers these pre-1700 people?

I want to contribute to the deep genealogy on our shared tree. Here are people I can add, along with dates and locations:

• Rice Williams, non-conformist preacher,  born ca 1670; married Elizabeth Felton 1706, died 1750 at Boxted, Essex. I am descended from his daughter, Dorothy Williams.

Here are the sources I am using:

• "England Marriages, 1538–1973 ", database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NL9W-8XS : 12 March 2020), Rice Williams, 1706.
• I have a copy of his will which I need to add as a source.
• I have also seen burial images for his and Elizabeth's death.
• I have not been able to find his birth but have estimated his birth at about 1670

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!

Adding the Will would be excellent, especially if it names his wife and/or other family members.

Estimated birth dates are iffy.  What made you pick 1670?

Thank you, I will do this (might take a while as I am a slow transcriber). I picked 1670 as Elizabeth Felton was probably baptised after 1670 (the date of her parents marriage), and I assumed he would have been twenty plus when he married. If there is a better way of showing it I am happy to change it or leave it out.

There's probably not a perfect solution. Leaving the birthdate blank makes it harder to locate the profile, but estimates have their own problems.  I tend to use "after", myself.
