I presume you are interested in the third of the four records in this snip, as that one concerns a Willem Johansen.

The third record states that on 30 November 1794 bachelor (jungk.) and country soldier Wellem Johansen (i.e., son of Johan), living at Joansrud farm, was engaged to maiden (pige) Kari Johansdr. (i.e., daughter of Johan) living at Sandbake [?] farm. The two sureties for the engagement were Ole Johansen, living at Haakerud farm, and Johannes Johansen living at Joansrud farm [the latter is a good candidate for being Willem's father or perhaps brother]. The marriage then took place on 26 December
