Can someone post an example used to cite permission from the UK register office when uploading a birth certificate?

Check out Carter-13403. I provided a link to the permission information with his marriage certificate. Sorry I'm so bad at remembering how to paste to G2G.

Thank you very much for showing me how you've arranged all your information.  I think it will take me quite some time to get everything done like this.  Very nice.

I think it will take me a few months just to get the basics done.  Then I will try organizing it better.
