Hi I see in the biography where it says there is a picture attached, but the person who made that profile, and presumably wrote the biography has left it unmanaged.

So you're Great Granddaughter? Would you like to take care of and improve his Memorial as well as add yours and his connection into the world family tree? Looks like you've already got a great head start put together for you. There are people who's job it is to help you learn how...and it's not my job, but I'll help when I can. (as will many others) Oh did I mention it's completely FREE!?!

Seriously though, it looks like the person who created the profile is no longer active, but his profile is under WikiTree Admin control. I would think you'd probably have to be a member first, but they may be able to help you find out more about that photo...at the very least the profile creators name. He may be a cousin you know?

Anyway we'd love to have you if you're interested.

Wow I type too slow on my phone...
Good answer Gaile. ;-)

oh, no, Phillip - you said it much, much better!!!
No fair...how did you un-best the selection for best? Pulling some of those Mach 6 tricks aren't you! Aha you made the selection to begin with so therefore you can change it right? (Still trying to figure this G2G thing out)
I discovered that anyone can select a best answer any time - even when someone else previously selected a best answer.  The only restriction I have observed is that you can't select your own answer as best.

Another interesting thing I discovered is that even if a question is closed (that can only be done by the person who asked it) you can still add comments and answers.  I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out exactly what "closed" means!

Hi.

I didn't see mention of any photos on that profile.  Where did you see that it said there was an image?

Robert - the last sentence of the paragraph labeled "Notes" in the biography says that 3 photos are attached, however you are correct that there are no photos on that profile.

Gari - those notes were part of a gedcom import.  The photos are most likely on whatever site the gedcom came from.  The profile was never edited - NEVER! - after import in 2011 and there is, unfortunately, no profile manager for it.  Perhaps you might want to join WikiTree and adopt that profile, as well as others in your family that are probably included in the same gedcom.  You probably have much information about them to contribute and, I can assure you, WikiTree is a wonderful place.  We would love to have you among us.
Gaile, you should change your comment to an Answer and then I would sellect yours as best and then hide mine.  Your answer rocks.
Rob, your answer was correct to begin with - I just added a bunch of extra words (my husband's wildest fantasy is that someday I'll get laryngitis).  I can fix your problem very easily by selecting your answer!!!
I'm grinning ear to ear.  You are too much.  Thanks Gaile.
