Angie, when you mark a person's relationship to either parent (or both) 'confirmed with DNA' you need to include a statement on the profile explaining how you used DNA to confirm the relationship(s). The instructions are here: Help:DNA Confirmation (wikitree.com)
You've marked most of your ancestors' relationships to their parents 'confirmed with DNA' without that documentation. I recommend that you each of those to 'confident' until you have an appropriate statement on each profile.
But that's not your question. Your question is about DNA confirmation for John Sumner Meadows, your great grandfather. Do you know who his parents are? They're not listed on his profile. Are you asking how to use DNA to figure out who his parents are?
