Did Samuel Harless (b 1777; d 1840) leave a will?

It appears that Samuel did not leave a will. However, on 26 November 1840 (after his death) his children came to an agreement on the division of his estate (see here, top of right-hand page). And his personal property was then sold off the following sprig (see here, midway down right-hand page); this makes for a fascinating inventory of what he owned.
