Hello James

I haven't found a definite answer, but it's possible she is the daughter of Sir William Waldegrave, of Smallbridge, Suffolk and Wormingford, Essex and perhaps his second wife, Jennemache or Jemima Bacon.

There is a short article about him in the History of Parliament Online website here

http://www.historyofparliamentonline.org/volume/1558-1603/member/waldegrave-sir-william-1573-1613

The article does say that he was given several manors in Suffolk, and perhaps Staningdale was one of those.  Also Anne and Edward Fowler, had a daughter with a similar name to Jemima, according to the Visitation of Staffordshire.
