I am from Massachusetts and currently live near Boston. I've been working on my family tree for twenty years on and off. And although I am a new-ish member to Wikitree, I have been using the site as a point of reference for years. Thank you to those greeters that have already welcomed me.
My entire family tree is centered around Massachusetts, both more recently, as well as back to the time of the Great Migration and Mayflower. My more recent immigrant ancestors come from Canada (New Brunswick/Acadia and Quebec), Germany (Bavaria & Saxony), and a few from England and Scotland.
I am at a point in my research where I want to pull together a bunch of things - I want to learn more of the stories, work out some mysteries/brick walls, and start share what I know (properly sourced, of course) and get feedback, if needed.
I have been adding my immediate ancestors that are not already part of the tree and working to add appropriate sources, so that I can connect to the bigger family tree. I know I will have some questions and I hope that if anyone has tips or questions they will feel free to ask!
