I am a seventh generation granddaughter and would like to know if there is a resevation still in three rivers canada and can I get Native I. D. even though I live in the united states

The last I was in the Quebec and Three Rivers area there was an Abenaki Tribe of the Algonquin Nation reservation.  To find out the particulars on a Native American I.D google Metis Indian there is a group dedicated to identifying and assisting Native Americans in Canada as well as the USA.
