I am trying to further my family tree from Germany

Thank you for accepting me to your community. I have two listings for my family tree. One is from a Mr. Schneider/Winters (7/11/05) and the other one is from a Mr. Greg Sommer's Database as of Nov 9, 2004. I would be more than happy to send this information to anybody that would like to see if it is in line with there’s. There are names, dates, death and births recorded on these. If anybody has any new news about my family tree, I would appreciate it. Thank you all once again, Les. I would also like help in furthering my family tree in Germany, but don't know how to look things up in Germany.

Do you have any information where in Germany your ancestors are from? Most online records for Germany are pretty spotty and one has to contact the respective churches to find out what records are available and where.

If you take a free trial on Ancestry.com they have a number of German records.
