Can someone open a profile on a person who died in 1921? [closed]

Question

I want to do a profile on Ed/Eddie Lockard who died in the 1921 Tulsa Race Riot.  I found an Eddie Lockard profile but it was done 9 years ago, is completely blank, and the guest member who did it has not been back since.  It also has a yellow privacy status.  Can that profile be opened and recycled so I can add information and sources for the Eddie who died in the riot?  Or should I just start a new profile?

Start a new profile.  The Guest Member was a person who did NOT die in 1921, so represents a different  person.

I think we all have the desire to "use up" (recycle) some of the seemingly abandoned profiles we find, but sometimes it's not the best answer.    (What if they came back and suddenly found they were now dead for 100 years?!)
