I am looking for Luther Doolittle b ca. 1775  .  He married a woman named Lucy. Children are listed on the profile. I believe that he may have served in the War of 1812 from New York.  I have found a record in that name.  I am unsure this is the same person.  Can anyone help me verify that is the same person?
