Florian has given you the link to look at GEDCOMPARE. Unfortunately, the GEDCOM route is not an instant process with WikiTree as there needs to be checking to ensure that duplicates are not created. I am more or less in agreement with Florian that there is a lot of tidying up to be done with each profile. please take a look at GEDCOMpare.
Personally I would recommend rather adding the profiles by hand, because the import in my opinion puts so much trash in the profiles one has to clean up later, that the whole speed avantage is compromised.
