I don't understand what this means:

It's on the headstone for [[Payne-16165|Cleo B LaPayne]]

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks Gaile!  Does Replacement draft mean that he replaced another soldier?
I'm clueless, Rhonda.  I just asked Mr Google what the alphabet soup you typed meant and that's what he said<grin>

Based on what little I know of how military stuff works, my guess would be that when a unit suffered a high percentage of casualties, another unit would be brought in to merge with them, perhaps called a replacement draft.  Don't take this for fact - it's pure guess on my part.
Lol...who would of thought of using Google?  I sure didn't
