Hi, can I create a one name study where it only focuses on the actual places the surnames in my tree comes from like Wales instead of the surnames that are the same as mine but nothing too do with me and my tree?

The Name Study itself has to be worldwide. But you can study your Wales part by putting the research on a separate freespace profile and linking it to the main page of your ONS.
