I tried to create a cemetery category, why access to it limited to "Supervisors"?

I made a simple mistake when I tried to create the following category:

Saint Boniface Cemetery, Cambria County, Pennsylvania

It showed up in red on the profile page I created it on, but when I click on it I land on the following page:

When I went to post a question about it, I was directed to search for other answers to the same question, which was great. So, why can't that landing page direct people to that same list of previous inqueries? I could also incude a "check for these common errors" list. It would save a lot of time.

Hi Susan, you forgot the "Category:" namespace.

So the page you are trying to create is not a category, but a page in the main namespace.
