Have I interpreted this Dutch correctly?

Question

The baptismal transcription for Teunis van den Berg records:

1e get. de vader zelf, 2e get. huisvrouw van Willem de Heer, het kind geboren onder Moerkapellen Dit en de 7 volgende kinderen zijn allen tot de Hervormde kerk te Moerkapelle overgegaan

Does this mean Teunis was the first born of his father, second born of his mother (who was married to someone else) and he was actually born in Moerkapelle, despite being baptised in Bleiswijk?

The final text 7 volgende kinderen likely refers to the next seven entries in the register?

The actual baptism registration can be found at the Stadsarchief Rotterdam. Unfortunately, as Michel already mentioned, currently the permanent links to the records there give 404s. So you have to navigate there by using the search engine, for instance: achternaam=Harteveld, voornaam=Elisabet. On the result page select the 1787 baptism. Below the transcription you will see image frames. Go to frame 15 and there the baptism shows on the right page.

What in the transcription is abbreviated to "get." is really "getuige" (witness (or sponsor more fitting?), the first one being the father, the second one Neeltje Harteveld, spouse of Willem de Heer.

The "+" after Teunis refers to the comment at the bottom, saying that "This and the 7 next children of Cornelis van den Berg and Elisabeth Harteveld have all switched with their father to the reformed church at Moerkapel".

Is that unusual that one of the parents is also a sponsor/witness? I've never come across it before.

No Mark, on the contrary, it is quite common for the father to be the primary witness at the baptism.

And yes, a bit of research should probably show the ladies are relatives.

Roughly said it means (it is a bit cryptic, like a note someone made):

First witness person: the father

Second witness person: the houswife of Willem de Heer

The child was born under Moerkapelle(n) (= outside the town of Moerkapelle)

This child and the 7 other children all entered the Reformed church in Moerkapelle (= were christened there?, I'm no expert)

Unfortunately the Rotterdam Achive (OpenArch is just an intermediary) is having problems with showing their records at this moment. It would be best to find the scan. The image linked at OpenArch is just the opening page.
