query birth of charles-john-paice

Question

hello,my grt.grt grndad,charles john paice it seems his birth-date is quoted in two different places.. a profile-manager brenda-huber,,has charles=john,,born 1835,,belgaum,,karnataka -india...he married 18.8.1863 bellary-madras-india,,hannah-margaret-hopwood,,, My genealogist in local archives,,seems to think he was born abt 1833,,aldermaston-england??/  ancestry dna results has him as son of john -paice/lydia-clift...Which is right??? We must get the facts correct,,,several volunteers on wikitreeg2gforum,,,have kindly helped me a great deal with my paice relations/   Please have a look at this again..regards hfox/

hello lynn,i certainly have given enough info,,it is as i said,,charles=paice,married18/8/1863,,,bellary=madras-india,,hannah margaret-hopwood born abt 1845 we think england,,and definately died 1875 india,,,i have all the childrens details,,,surely you don/t need more info than that to come up with correct date of birth for charles paice and where born,Is it aldermaston or in india,,i don/t have the records you people have access to them,thats why i ask for the correct info,,as simple as that. when i get info from my genealogist i take it as been correct,,that is when of course its scotlands/people records,, people on ancestry,and wikitree,share info which might not always be correct. regards hfox,

Do you have a profile of him? Where have you looked already? Please understand that we are all volunteers, mainly working on our own families. many have paid to have access to other sites and generously offer help, there is no guarantee of results and many of us have brick walls.
