Finding records in WorldConnect using just the tree id & individual id?

I'm trying to work with some old WorldConnect links that no longer work. 

https://wc.rootsweb.com/trees/232977/I57266/-Individual

I can find the tree id and the individual id, but I don't have the actual name.  So, I can get to the tree, and search in the index, but without a name that's not much help.

The new link syntax also seems to require a name.  Any ideas how to find the record with just the individual ID?
