I am going to give this a shot, but I believe this is actually South Slavic (Montenegrin) - the give away is the Tshe (Ћ) and Dje (Ђ). This is also a male, not a female...

УСПОМЕНA ДРАГОМЕ БРАТУ

АНДРЕЈA МАРТИНОВИЋ

?АКАТИ ОВА ТУЂА ЗЕМЉА

Loosely Translated:
In Memory of [our] Dear Brother
Buried Here
Andreja (Andrey) Martinović
[of] Montenegro
--dates--
--epitaph--

I am really struggling with the date abbreviations and the epitaph (last line). I am not even going to attempt the dates outside of 1892-1917, but I am reading the last line as "Strengthen this foreign country" or "This foreign country is strong", but I believe it is intended to impart that Andreja was a migrant to the United States - probably meant to say "Now this is your land/country".
