Feet of Fines Bedfordshire for Robert de Hoo

Question

In the course of searching for the origins of the de Hoo family, I have come across a citation:  Feet of Fines Bedfordshire 29 Henry III, m. 1.  Which of course I can't find.

The source says: " no documentary evidence has been found of the Hoos holding in Luton prior to 1245, in which year Thomas de Hoo conveyed land and a small rent to his father Robert. In 1292 Robert de Hoo, probably a son of Thomas, received a charter of free warren in his manor of Hoo," IF this is the case, it is evidence for Robert's actual parentage.  https://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/beds/vol2/pp348-375

It would be useful if a medieval person could locate this document and confirm the information.

If it's this one (No. 469) then I can't see that it is saying the same as what is in the Victoria County History of Bedfordshire volume?  Though I sometimes find these medieval legal records difficult to interpret.

Thanks, John.  That record does raise more questions than it answers.  But I think the Robert in court in 1245 could hardly be Hoo-8. He could, chronologically, be his father if not a Thomas.

Beatrice Andeville was a heiress. Would she marry a guy who came out of nowhere to get hold of her lands? Robert ought to be someone of some substance.

I'm also wondering if Beatrice might have had a previous marriage.
