There are several Edward Lee Richey's. One  b Lamb, TX 1960, d 2011 Harris, TX.

Another, also b TX, died 1998 at Nacogdoches TX.

An Edward Lee Jr. Richey born 1946 at Jefferson, TX.

An Edward Lee Richey was born in 1947 at Lawrence, AK.

Not much to go on - do you have any other information: approximate time he lived, where he may have lived, any relatives?

There are some Edward Lee Richey listings in Texas Census and in the Texas and Arkansas Death Index.  Also in the Texas Birth Index.

Perhaps you could search on familysearch.org with his name: and see if any of these listings sounds reasonably close to your expectations.
