Merging two profile

I am trying to merge 2 profiles Ebbott-8 (L) and Ebbott-9 (R) both of which are mine when I click the merge button it says I can reverse the order of the merge but when I click the highlight words as instructed it doesn't work.

Am I doing something wrong or it the instruction broken? Also what will happen with the stuff in bio as I appear to have put half the info in one and then the other half in the other - I must have been working late into the night!!!

Should I manually copy the information I want to picked up in the Bio?

Thanks Sandra

Hi Sandra. I'm not sure exactly what's going on when you say that clicking the words isn't working. But, I can tell you where you're going wrong. You can't merge Ebbott-8 into Ebbott-9, because you have to merge into the lower profile ID. So, if you initialise a merge of Ebbott-9 into Ebbott-8, you shouldn't have any problems.

As for the bios, everything is kept from both profiles. One will be put right below the other. So, you'll want to clean it up to make it one bio, but nothing will be lost.

Thanks Lianne for your help, yet once again.  I have merged the two profiles.  Now I think I only have 37 more to check!!

Cheers Sandra
