How do I write biographies for pre 1700 lives

I have several pre 1700’s in Bedfordshire and am asking if there are any ongoing projects for any of the following in case I infringe on the project rules:

SCARBROUGH

LINCOLN

ENDERSBY

HANSCOMBE

I am aware that the HANSCOMBE name was prominent in Shillington. I also ask about bios of non prominent people as they will not appear in the dictionary of National biography

If you add location tags to your post you will get the attention of members with experience in those areas.
Hello Roy. Can you add the link to the profile that you are working on? It will make it easier for members to help answer your question. Some may even be able to help you locate sources.

I noticed you are very new to WikiTree. Welcome!

You should look into joining the England Project if you would like to work on English profiles. Here is a link to the England profile standards: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:England_Project_-_Profile_Standards

I also see that you are mostly Scottish, so you may want to join the Scotland Project too.

They both have great programs to learn about WikiTree standards and their project standards.

I hope this helps. Good luck!
