In my Suggestions I have an 1834 birth, location I had: Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. It is after 1822, so I thought that was right, but "Suggestions" says "Too early for location."

What should I have? (and what is the logic behind?)

Hi Alan,

Northern Ireland is valid from partition in 1922.

A century out...
Related to this - technically all of Ireland was part of the United Kingdom from the Acts of Union 1800, until 1921, although it seems a convention in genealogy to not mention this.
