With 21 children - including 2 pairs of twins - I added Zoetje van Duivendijk to the Big Family category. I could not find the death of all ot htem, but it is certain that at least 9 of the 21 reached adulthood. The 14 boys and 7 girls were born in the periode 1897 - 1920. So far, Zoetje is the only Dutch in this category. The must be more Dutch mothers with 20 or more children. Or individuals with more than 100 grandchildren. A quick tour of WieWasWie learned that her father, Dirk van Duivendijk, had about 70 to 75 grandchildren and so he did not reached the 100 necessary for a place in Big Family.
