Searching for information on my McGlenn line, Eastern Ohio

Question

My 3x Great grandmother was Francis McGlenn, born approximately 1825.  Per the census, her parents were both born in Ireland.  I do have some information stating that her mother was Roseanna.  Francis married Charles Lewis on May 14, 1850 in Belmont County, Ohio.  I have also found land records showing that Roseanna McGlenn owned property in Belmont County.  I am sure that it is possible to have the spelling variations...Roseanna's husband was possibly John.  Roseanna also had a son named Thomas who was born in Pennsylvania.  Do any of you have Rosanna and John McGlenn, possibly with the spelling variation of McGlynn or Glenn that have the same possible dates and areas as my line?  Thanks!

Yes, that is all info that I already have and referenced in my original post.  I am trying to find out about Francis past... parents, more siblings... where in Ireland, etc.  Thank you!!!
