How do I access the categories page?

Question

I mad a mistake with a category. How do I go back and change it. I've just discovered the category button so on a learning curve. For instance if I accidently applied a category [[Category:England, Behenna Name Study]] but in hindsight want to change that to Wales, not England, how do I do that.

I was about to ask a similar question about family from Ireland. All of the answers given so far below are informative. In my case, the answer from Amy is the most useful.

If it is an existing category, you can use the category picker to choose a new category.

If it has not yet been created, you would add [[Category:Wales, Behenna Name Study]] to the profile and save it.  When you get a warning, save anyway.  Then, scroll to the bottom of the profile and click on the red category.

Add [[Category:Behenna Name Study]] and a brief description of what the category is used for.  Then click save.

Edit the profile and find [[Category:England, Behenna Name Study]], which should be at or near the top of the profile.  Simply delete that line and the category will be removed from the profile and vice versa.  Then add whichever category you want, using the category button.  Don't forget to SAVE after making the changes.
