The question you asked about Salie Jacobs is pretty specific to Salie - You may get a quicker response, or a more informed response, by asking the profile manager directly (although acopy of this question will appear on the profile page).
To do this, go over to the left hand side of the profile page where the manager is listed and clcik on "send Private Message".
