Ancestry cites Saints' Herald Obituaries, 1893, p. 303 for the following: Johanna Frederick moved to Canada and then to Wisconsin in 1847. She attended a Baptist church before being baptized a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in 1886 by Jedediah Anderson. She died of pneumonia.
There are several Haight/Hait families found in Vermont in the 1800 US Census. This search (Family Search) should pull up the same ones that I saw. This may be your best lead absent something found in LDS records.
I'm guessing that somewhere in LDS records you will find what people believe to be her parents. FindAGrave has a list of children (but no documentation).
