John and Susanna(Leisure)Beard married and travelled to Economy, Indiana in 1840 with two small children. They settled and had a family and died there.  Seeking parents and further back for John Beard.  They are both on findagrave.com.

They married on 10 March 1836 at Hagerstown, Washington, MD. If they are at find a grave, would you have death dates for them that you could share and did they die at Economy, IN.

Date of death and location, might help in searching for the parents names etc. .

Ludwig was born 1810 & changed his name to Louis Beard. He married Jane Elizabeth Kidwell March 11, 1837 Wash. Co. Hancock Maryland. He came from Prussia, Berlin Germany. Jane's family came from Virginia. They had many children. John Harrison Beard was born June 20, 1850. Your John may be brother of Louis. I am also on 23andme and GedMatch M811138. My DNA matches have been on my mothers side mostly. Beard is my father's side. If you find a match to this, I may have your missing pieces.
