Is that her last name single or married name? Have you tried the free site familysearch.org ?

There are a number of family trees that state Anna Berg Pletz died in 1891, but none of them provide any authority to support that date (other than each other).  Unfortunately, it looks like her gravestone was undated.

You might try local deed and probate records in Gillespie County, Texas.
