It seems he is recognised as notable by Find a Grave, as George Washington's personal drummer boy.
I just added a couple of secondary sources. I have some experience with Somerset, New Jersey sources but it would be better for someone familiar with Revolutionary War materials to do further research to add the primary sources that are referred to in the articles.
If you add the "military_and_war" along with the "1776" tags to this question It can be brought to the attention of Revolutionary War project who may be able to help with the war sources and adding a 1776 sticker.

He doesn't have a wikipedia page, so the answer is NO.

Having a Wikipedia page is not a requirement. The person just has to meet the Wikipedia standard of being notable. Not everyone who is worthy of a page has a page yet.
He doesn't meet the wikipedia standards for notability either, that's probably why he doesn't have a wikipedia page. I don't see any credible evidence that he was GW's drummer boy. It sounds more like a legend to me.  There is a competing claim for Alexander Millener. Did GW have 2 drummer boys?

Quite likely more than two.

He has a listing here: Wikipedia:Find a Grave famous people/G/Ge - Wikipedia If an article was created, it would be under the name John George (1759-1847).
