Have you registered for the 2021 Source-a-Thon yet? [closed]

Question

October 1 - October 4 is our sixth annual "Source-a-Thon"!

This three-day event is for a good cause (sourced genealogy!), there will be lots of door prizes donated from around the genealogy community, and it will be lots of fun.

The marathon starts Friday, October 1 at 8 AM (EDT) and ends Monday, October 4, 8 AM (EDT) but you don't need to participate the whole time! If you can join for any of it, please post an ANSWER below saying either the team you'd like to be on (see the team list) or your genealogical interests or geographic location and we'll assign a team before the start of the event.

It means nothing, just a 'funny' comment that Steve, the original 'captain' of the team says to everyone.

I'd like to join. I'm happiest doing Welsh genealogy, and can also do England, US, Canada, and Jamaica. Any group where I'd fit in is fine :)

Hi Dai! You can have a look at the list of teams if you would like, there isn't a specific Welsh team but the Mighty Oaks cover England and there are several regional US teams.

Otherwise I would be pleased to have you join the Mighty Maple Leaves if you are interested in Canada!

Dai, you can be on a specific Team, yet work on places not covered by that Team.  Example - previous 'Thons I have been with the Wizards of Aus (focus on Australia), but have worked on non-Australian profiles.

If you'd rather a non-regional Team, just name one.  I'm sure they'd be more than happy to add you to their list!
