Hi Diane. It may help people to answer if you could please edit or comment on your question, and add information about what sort of computer or mobile device you are using, and what your web browser is.
What browser are you using?  I find on both Edge and Opera if I hold Ctrl and then scroll, I can reset my size.
Hello,

Just fixed it, thanks to those that replied,

There was a little thing in the place where you type in the https// etc. and I clicked on that and changed it back to 100% -still really don't know what I hit to mess it up to begin with.
I am frequently puzzled as to how I seem to do certain things -- usually in word documents -- and then have to figure out how to undo what I didn't know I did.
My cats have a talent for changing unknown settings when they walk across my keyboard.
On a PC in browsers I use, Ctrl+ and Ctrl- will change the size of screen up and down, and Ctrl 0 will return to the standard size. My favorite trick (that I accidentally play on myself) is making the window full size and losing all menus (Esc usually fixes that)

I've been having this happen quite a lot recently on Wikitree, and it seems to be occurring when I am copying/pasting and accidentally press control and another key (not sure which one at the moment). I use opera browser and just go to the Opera controls on the top browser bar and change the zoom back to 100%, and there should be a similar place to do this in all web browsers (chrome/edge).

I also had another strange thing happen when the keyboard character layout suddenly changed - it seemed to correct itself by the next day!

Ctrl with the '+' or '-' keys usually are what change the zoom level on websites.

For me it is Ctrl and my mouse's scroll wheel -- usually when I'm trying to copy, or paste, something.  cheeky
