Hi Roberta. You have been confirmed as a full member, so you should be able to add to your tree. Could you give more detail as to at what point things stop working when you're trying to add your father?
A common place where people take a wrong turn is after entering the information, when if there are potential matches on the site, they'll be listed, so you can check if a profile for that person already exists. At that point if there is no match you need to click the button to create a new person with that name. Sometimes people think they're already done and click away from this page, when the profile hasn't actually been created yet. Could that be the problem?
