So far the Best Supporting Actor and Actress winners (J.K. Simmons and Patricia Arquette) are connected to our big WikiTree. Just for fun, Patricia Arquette is (at a stretch) within 6 degrees genealogically from Kevin Bacon - she's his wife's 6th great grand uncle's wife's first cousin nine times removed. 

Let's see who wins Best Actor and Actress, and if anyone here can claim them as "cousin"!

He didn't win but my 2nd Cousin, 3X Removed, [[Douglas-3458|Michael Keaton]], was nominated for best actor! Also his latest movie, Birdman, won 4 Oscars!

Eddie Redmayne, winner of best Leading Actor was also connected to the tree, thanks to some hard work from several individuals.

Julianne Moore (winner of best Leading Actress) is not, but work has been done on her tree to get her started, so we might find a link to her in the future.
