Help Translating French to English

Question

Hello, I've just begun to build a profile for Appoline Duclos.  Is there anyone fluent in French that would be able to help me translate her date of birth, as well as her location of birth, in her baptismal record?  I have a rudimentary understanding of French, but am not sure if I have the translation right (i.e. mid-afternoon on 20 Jun 1830).  Thank you kindly for your time and effort.

Thank you, Jelena!  I thought I was on the right track, but the script was so messy that I wasn't sure if I was seeing a "hier" or a "huit", lol.  Looks to me like she was born somewhere in the State of Vermont.  Now I just need to figure out which town.  Thanks again.  Have a great day!
