What is the red dot indicating @ Cecil Ivan Kennison?

Question

There are many Cecil  Kennison relatives you are missing on the Walker River Paiute Reservation. Margaret (Higgins) Kennison passed away in 2009, but many of the children at still at Schurz, Nevada. Viola used to speak of going up to Idaho for a reunion about 20 (?) years ago.
