Hello.. I'm Bob, from Midland, Michigan. I've been doing genealogy research for nearly fifty years -- almost full-time since I retired in 2000. Family Lines on which I'm currently working are RARICK, SMITH of Brooke Co. WV, COOLBAUGH, CHILDS, of MA, NY, MI. I'm a descendant of Mayflower Passengers Richard Warren, Francis Cooke, and Stephen Hopkins. I hold a certificate for HOPKINS. My long-term brick wall is my g.g.grandfather, William SNIDER b. 1781, who migrated from Germany to Leeds County, Ontario, where he died in 1868. His wife, Nancy (Covell) Snider is my Mayflower link. I'm hoping that in time, a DNA link will help me with William Snider's origins.
