Are you aware he's in Buffalo in the 1910 census?

Ward 3, with wife Annie, 27, and two children, James Jr (3) and Herbert (10? months). Occupation: moulder at foundry; immigrated 1892.

In 1920, his son James Jr is in an orphan's asylum in Buffalo (ward 21), as is his brother Herbert (a few lines down).
