I need some help with Felts-387. Husbands and Children.

Eliza Ann "Eliza Jane" Felts appears to have had 2 husbands and children by both men.  I'm finding descrepancies in the timelines.  I'm showing an Eliza York in the 1860 Census with William Lewis York and 4 children.

In the 1870 Census she is living alone and with her children (according to what I've found so far, William died in 1862) and showing to about 40 years.

In the 1880 Census she is living with Thomas Harris with other children, but she was 50 years old - AND would be too old to have these children.  Also, some of the birthdates of the children cross with the York children.

She was living in Davidson County, Tennessee.  I think this is the same person, but don't know how to show the differences.

Additional Information:

I found an 1870 Census yesterday that shows William York and a Lizzie York living in Otego, Fayette County, Illinois. There were children that were with them that matched the birthdays and names to them. Now the puzzle is finding the RIGHT Lizzie. There was a marriage record with an Elizabeth Hutchinson, but not sure if that is right. Need to find more clues, I think before making that the firm connection. I've also seen a birth record on a Chester York with an Elizabeth Hogue, but not sure the father is the William I want. The goal is to try and find other death records of the other children. The one I have for Franklin has no names on it.

I am still looking but in the meantime  I may have found Eliza's parents, if you don't already know.

Wow no wonder there is some confusion there is another family with Eliza Felts about the same age in the same area here.

Exactly - and it's not the parents that I'm concerned about right now - it's the timeline confusion between the two husbands. It just does not work.  However, in the 1860 (1850?) there is another female that is about a year difference from Eliza. The name is Eliz and I'm wondering it it supposed to be short for Elizabeth or Lizzie.  I found an 1870 Census with a Frank York and a Lizzie as the wife.  At the time I found it I was so "confused" that I just couldn't go through it yet.
