The profile of Jacob Zabriskie refers to a June 11, 1712 deed whereby Jacob Zabriskie of New Barbadoes (New Jersey) sold a farm or plantation in New Hackensack to John Zaborowsky (Zabriskie), but there is no source indicated. The deed (or an abstract of it) is likely to be in this book, which was published in 1995 and is not available online.

The book is in the Family Search Library and a number of other libraries (see the WorldCat listing). Could someone with access please look up this deed and supply a page image (or information about what you find) to the profile managers for Jacob's profile?

Thanks! heart

Use this form to request book look ups from the New Jersey State Library's collection, which includes almost all books published on New Jersey history and genealogy. You can search their catalog; they own the book.

I checked the free State Archives Early Land Records database and don't see this deed, but a man or men of that name made four land transfers in 1706, 1731, 1734.  Search for Zab* Jacob.  I added those to the profile.
