Harry Russell Booher

Born 21 May 1920 in Ohiomap and died 2 Oct 1987 in Ohio

How can I find paper work on this relative above?  We know that he was in the Army Air Corp; stationed in the Panama at the time and was also in the Philipines.  He was a airplane Mechanic and was on a bomber that was landing and it was on fire, him and the crew jumped of airplane before it rolled to a stop.
