Advice before editing this pre-1700 Smyth profile?

I have information to contribute to the profile of John Smyth. This is what I can add:

  • Ann Smyth Nourse, Smyth-3404 is a daughter

These are the sources I am using:

  • The Visitation of the County of Gloucester 1682-3, pg. 127 Nourse; pp.171,173 Smyth [Shows Ann as a daughter of John Smyth of North Nibley and wife of John Nourse; John Smyth = Smyth 2166]

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!
